black velvet

julie was my inspiration :)
$3 black velvet jacket from target, polka dot shirt, and guess what... jeans!
i stole some long necklaces from my mom and knotted them. i told her they were too stylish for her anyway!
ill probably put my black boots on instead of the glitter flats today.
